The Inaudible Orchestra

Piloted by 22 year-old Matthew Neary, a native of New Hampshire’s ageless woods, The Inaudible Orchestra offers a vastly experimental & rustic alternative to the modern grind of popular hip-hop. The debut album, “Of Space & Time”, is comprised of tracks that purvey an abstract but planned message and seem to have no agenda other than to be heard.

The project was founded in 2005, in the midst of its creator’s adolescence, and has since undergone some changes of its own. Since 2005, The Inaudible Orchestra has seen four different names (Atlantis, Sworn to Secrecy, Space&Time, The Inaudible Orchestra) and a number of contributors. The sounds have shifted & the ideas have matured, but the heart of the Orchestra proves to be consistently playful… and uncompromisingly so. Afterall, however unnerving it may be to admit, it is awfully refreshing to be entertained by somebody who is less concerned with intercontinental war or global climate change and more concerned with the deja vu that he just can’t quite put his finger on.
